I'm so bad at names, but the associate who helped me was very informative, patient and accommodating.Right now I have a knee issue and was moving very slowly. There was no wait on a monday. The office is very clean and welcoming. Will definitely go back for more services.
Horrible telephone skills. Not friendly. Massive wait times. Rude and impersonal.
Went to renew a registration and wait was about 25 minutes. They only had one clerk and she was evidently having a problem with another customer trying to do something with vehicle registration. There should be another clerk available to handle simple renewals. When I did get to the clerk she was helpful and courteous and apologize for the wait.
I went to renew my licence and some other things.
